Shipping
Q: When will my order ship? A: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
Q: What are the shipping rates? A: Free standard shipping on all United States orders over $60. Orders under $60 ship for a flat rate of $8. Estimated delivery is 5-8 business days.
Sizing
Q: What sizes do the collars come in? A: The Daily (Stamford, Beacon, Tanglin, Cecil, Clarke) comes in S, M, and L - S fits necks 19-26 cm, M fits 25-36 cm, and L fits 34-52 cm. Empress (The Carry) comes in S, M, and L - S fits necks 20-30 cm, M fits 30-40 cm, and L fits 40-50 cm. If your dog is between sizes, size up. The leash is one size and works with every collar size.
Q: What's the difference in build between The Daily and The Carry? A: The Daily uses 1.9 cm flat webbing (0.25 cm thick) with a side-release buckle; its leash is 200 cm total including the hook. The Carry (Empress) uses 1.9-2.5 cm webbing (0.35 cm thick, widening at size L), PVC-coated for a more substantial build; its crossbody leash is 240 cm total with a 9 mm round rope and a mid-leash ring for hands-free wear.
Materials & Care
Q: Is it waterproof? A: Yes. The coated webbing repels water and grime and is designed for easy cleaning.
Q: How do I clean it? A: Wipe clean with a soft cloth and mild soap. Air dry. Avoid machine washing.
Returns
Q: Can I return an item? A: Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Email fridaypaws0@gmail.com to start a return.
Warranty
Q: What warranty comes with the products? A: Every piece is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship - buckle failure, seam failure, or hardware corrosion under normal use. If your collar or leash fails within a year of purchase due to a defect, email fridaypaws0@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and a photo of the issue, and we'll repair or replace it at no cost. This doesn't cover normal wear and tear, damage from chewing or misuse, unauthorized modification, or loss and theft.
